1. (room change this week AH 183) BAP/IMA Meeting — OPEN TO EVERYONE– Wednesday, April 25th at 5:30-7pm in AH 183.  

“Cleared for Takeoff — Take Accounting Anywhere”  Join us in welcoming Alaska Airline’s Controller, Chris Berry *& OSU Alumni Jordan Bianco, who are coming to speak to BAP about the nature of accounting in private industry!

2.  Gonzaga University, Graduate School of Business will be on campus to talk to any students who might be interested in learning more about Gonzaga University’s Graduate Accounting programs; they have both a Master in Accountancy program and a Master of Science in Taxation program.

Leadership & Scholarship Opportunities

The OSU IMA club can send 2 to 3 students to the IMA Conference each year (fully paid by the IMA).

This year the conference is in St Louis at the Hilton St Louis at the Ballpark – November 1-3.

1. STUDENT CLERICAL POSITION
The University Administrative Business Center (UABC) has an opening for another student worker.  This position is an opportunity in an accounting office to gain exposure to accounts payable/invoice entry, journal vouchers, purchasing card distributions, and customer services, as well as, clerical tasks such as filing, courier, scanning and special projects.  Up to 20 hours per week during school; potential for 40 hours per week over the summer. Applicants must be current OSU students. This position is open immediately with preference given to applicants from the College of Business.
